Data Processing Agreement

Parties
This DPA is between TryTieBreak (the processor) and the account holder (the controller).
Scope
This agreement covers the processing of personal data submitted through the TryTieBreak service.
Roles
The account holder is the data controller. TryTieBreak acts as a data processor, processing data on behalf of the controller.
Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Subprocessors
We use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, and LLM inference. A list is available on request. All subprocessors are GDPR-compliant.
Data breach notification
We will notify the controller of a personal data breach without undue delay and provide all relevant information.
