TryTieBreak is a neutral AI mediation platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the GDPR.
Data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate: your email (for organizers), TieBreak titles, submissions, and synthesis results. Participants can join anonymously without an account.
Data retention
Closed TieBreaks are automatically purged after 90 days (default), unless pinned by a Pro/Team user. Free-tier TieBreaks are purged after 14 days. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, export, rectify, and erase your data. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are only loaded after your explicit consent.
