Description of service
TryTieBreak is an AI-assisted group decision tool. The AI's recommendation is a suggestion, not a binding decision.
Safety & limitations
TryTieBreak is not a tool for crises, abuse situations, or professional advice. If a submission is flagged by our safety system, the TieBreak will be declined and reviewed.
Accounts
Organizers may create an account to manage their TieBreaks. Participants never need an account.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a license to process it for the purpose of running your TieBreak.
Limitation of liability
TryTieBreak is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
